Missing Icons in 4.0.0

Hello- I've been assigned to develop a clustering wildfly cartridge for
stratos. In the process I located an EC2 image below:

http://thecloudmarket.com/image/ami-0cf9a75e--apache-stratos-4-0-0-demo#/definition

and followed these steps:

http://blog.ravihansa3000.com/2014/04/installing-apache-stratos-40-with.html

I am not able to see any errors in the log up until this point. However I
am not able to do simple tasks such as set up a partition (below):

https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/STRATOS/4.0.0+Configuring+Stratos

The necessary links aren't visible. I don't have the main three icons on
the top of the screen.

I have version 4.0.0 from the EC2 image. I am glad to help in any way I
can. Please advise.

Thanks!
Sean

helped a lot. Now I have an instance up.

Thanks!

Hi Sean,

Since you're using the demo EC2 image (ami-0cf9a75e), you might want
to refer to this blog [1] to setup Apache Stratos. That's much easier
than running the stratos-installer.

Thanks.

Hi,

Did you use a create an instance from the mentioned image or did you build
the Stratos packs by cloning git repository?

Touched, not typed. Erroneous words are a feature, not a typo.
