[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache CXF 2.4.4-3rd try

Colm O hEigeartaigh, Sergey Beryozkin, Jeff Genender, Daniel Kulp,  
Akitoshi Yoshida, Freeman Fang).   So this vote passes and I'll  
promote the release soon.
