Java 11 and Eclipse IDE

Accumulo Devs,

If anybody is using Eclipse IDE for development, the 2019-03 version
has some critical bugs that make it hard to work with Java 11. The one
that's been hitting me is:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=545293

Luckily, that bug report also identifies a fix (at least until
2019-06? is released) in comment number 27:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=545293#c27

I hope this helps anybody using Java 11 with Eclipse.

Cheers,

Christopher
