apxs generates incorrect LoadModule directive.

Uh, sorry for that long delayed reponse ...

However, AFAICS this looks like a problem with the package(s) not with vanilla
httpd (PREFIX seems to be not set correctly).
The point is: if prefix isn't really a prefix, it won't be removed and the
absolute path persists. The transformation is exactly the same as in the
configure script.
I'm marking this report invalid. Feel free to reopen it, if you're still
thinking, it's a bug.
