.JWS support ?

Hi.

I have located my problem with example 2 in the User Guide: 
The .jws file isn't compiled and converted into SOAP calls.

TCPMonitor shows that the Calculator file is just being returned and 
therefore the invocation fails.

I've have placed the Axis .jar files in common/lib (Tomcat-4.0.4b2)
and Calculator.jws in webapps/axis

So: how do I enable the Axis compiler ?

Hope that someone have an idea.
