 # Jupyter/RStudio/Zeppelin notebook is in running status

*Steps to reproduce:*
 # Create HDInsight cluster
 # HDInsight cluster status on cloud is 'error'

*Actual result:*
 # HDInsight cluster in DataLab UI is 'creating'

*Expected result:*
 # HDInsight cluster in DataLab UI is 'failed'
