Horrid Problems Running Apache SOAP On iPlanet 6.0

I am having two major issues running Apache SOAP and
iPlanet:


1. The admin JSPs will not compile. The error messages
look something like:

2. The DesployedServices serialized object will not
actually serialize because of an error like this:

So far, this is the only app server that I cannot get
to run SOAP !!!

Any ideas ?
