If you are going to use a site generator I would recommend that you setup the pubsub against the url like

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/storm/site/publish - generated site content that when committed is displayed as www.storm...
and use
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/storm/site - for all site source content
