   Sorry for the delayed reply.
   Never solved, i duplicated the "thread pool is full" scenario again, and using jvisualvm i saw the L*_AGGREGATION thread is dead, each 00:00 we start to run a daily ElasticSearch index removal job, this will make the ElasticSearch reject tasks at that time, i suppose this will make some threads dead, and the stress will spread to other threads, and make those threads dead one after one.
   Later we separate ElasticSearch used by Skywalking out, and never do index removal job, for almost a month, Skywalking seems works fine.
