   @cloud-fan Please propose a better name for `PULL_OUT_OUTER_REFERENCE_BEFORE_COMPUTING_NAME` if necessary as we now guard both pulling out outer references and prettifying of `OuterReference(AggregateExpression(...))` pattern.
