Rolling back POM changes and then doing patches on trunk

Hi,

Just a heads up, I'm going to rollback the POMs as suggested in the
http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/WINK/Apache+Wink+Release+Management
and go ahead and apply some patches/changes to trunk that the people
on general-incubator are suggesting.  That way it's easier to respin a
release again from trunk if needed for 0.1.

I'll leave the tag up for people to keep commenting on.
