Release 0.10.0 tar not the same as release tag?

Hi,

I am looking at the pig-0.10.0.tar.gz available from apache dist [1], and
the corresponding sources from the subversion tag [2]. It appears that
there is a difference between the tar distribution and the release tag that
was voted on for the build.xml file.

Was the tag checked during the release process? If this is not the correct
release tag, please let me know.
