It was noted that the [confluence documentation|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NIFI/Contributor+Guide] could get more traffic by being better referenced from the [developer's guide|https://nifi.apache.org/docs/nifi-docs/html/developer-guide.html#how-to-contribute-to-apache-nifi]. At the moment it is just linked to in the community drop down menu.
