netbeans-maven-TLP job is a job based on Apache Hosted Git Folder. I've configured it (just as a test for now) to scan some of our netbeans repository.
If it scan a Jenkinsfile.groovy it will be added here https://builds.apache.org/view/M-R/view/NetBeans/job/netbeans-maven-TLP/
The https://github.com/apache/netbeans-jenkins-lib contains a jenkins library that do a basic maven build typical maven asf.
We may add some others to tackle basic ant stuff and limit the effort on each jenkins build
