Axis and HTTP Digest?
We have a need to send HTTP Digest messages using Axis. Is there a built-
in way to do this? Is there a recommended way of doing an authenticated
transport?
Thanks for any ideas,
...Duane

There is no built in way to do digests.
The recommended authentication method is to use ssl support which is build
in for openssl .
However, failing these things you could implement it yourself and
setTransportProperties accordingly. (If you did implement this you could
contribute it back and we could put it into the transport layer where it
should be ;-)
hope this helps,
John.
