The datasource (represents a connection with credentials) can be referenced by many feeds. 
Updating the datasource should end the running bundle and start with the new endpoint and credentials.
- Should we need safe mode to disallow creating new feeds with the data source being updated?
  - what if a feed gets submitted with old data source info, but missed out from the bundle upgrade step.
