An API endpoint should be provided that resets the StreamPipes instance to the state after the installation.
 * Stop and delete all pipelines
 * Stop and delete all adapters
 * Delete all files

This endpoint can be used by the e2e tests to clean the instance before each test. 

It should also be included into the settings view to reset the instance.
