SMS Notification Update

Hello Ed, Markus.

I have been trying to get SMS notification (
https://github.com/mgeiss/mifos-twilio-bridge) to work for Fineract but it
keep giving errors as logged on the fineract issue tracker ( ). The API
headers have been modified to be fineract compliant but the core still
can't send SMSs. Eventually I got the Ruby-based solution provided by
Sanjose Solutions (https://github.com/SanjoseSolutions/mifosx-messenger) to
work. Solution found here:

If no one has been successful to get the mifos twilio bridge working, then
with help from Avik and Markus, my team can get the app working for all the
various relevant alerts (saving deposit, withdrawal, Loan disbursement,
Loan repayment). We will need an openMF/SMS-Notification Chat room on
gitter.
