fyi, I've now started the vote on general@incubator.a.o for Isis' graduation

The vote we did here last week to graduate was the "community" vote.  Since
that passed, the next step is for the incubator members to vote on the
issue.  I've just started a vote there on general@incubator.a.o.

Assuming the vote goes through, the next step will be for the Apache board
to consider the resolution (the big bunch of legalese that was at the
bottom of the vote).
