[Bug 55087] tomcat crashes in tcnative-1.dll with OCSP when OCSP server is not reachable

Nothing in these crash logs suggests to me that OCSP is involved.

These crashes look to be with fairly old versions of Tomcat and the native
library. Please update to the latest release for each and re-open (with the
steps to reproduce) if the problem still occurs.
