We need to connect a central repository in IsolatedClientLoader for downloading Hive jars. The repository currently used is "http://www.datanucleus.org/downloads/maven2", which is no longer maintained. Here we added a new config with maven central repository "https://repo1.maven.org/maven2" as its default value.
