Samza standalone

Hey all,

There's been a lot of JIRA traffic over the past couple of days, so I
wanted to make sure everyone saw the design discussion going on in:

The ticket is to introduce a samza-standalone module that will allow Samza
to run without YARN or Mesos. If this interests you, please have a look at
