Document valid chars in Oak JCR names

Could we document the allowed characters in Oak JCR names and provide a common escaping/unescaping utility? See my comment in [1] for a start. Happy to help, but I need some Oak experts to ensure this is sound.

(This is a follow up of the "Support space chars common in CJK inside node names" thread.)
