That's not strictly an error, more a warning ;)

The update is still generated successfully and published, without the
rules that depend on that .pm file.  (by the way, note that I had
to require that a rule be inside an "ifplugin" block for that plugin,
otherwise there's no way to map .pm file -> rules that require it.)
