[jira] [Created] (TIKA-3268) TikaConfig -- throw exception if exclude parser can't be loaded

Tim Allison created TIKA-3268:
---------------------------------

Summary: TikaConfig -- throw exception if exclude parser can't be loaded
                 Key: TIKA-3268
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TIKA-3268
             Project: Tika
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Tim Allison

I recently noticed that if there's a typo in a {{parser-exclude}} class, then the class not found exception is caught and might not be reported...meanwhile, the default parser is not loaded at all... in short, a typo in the parser-exclude class can lead silently to an empty parser.

Yikes...
