[I] Add WAITING to workflow status possible values [incubator-kie-issues]

Right now, there is not way to distinguish in Data Index between a workflow that is running a lengthy task and a workflow that is waiting for an event to resume.
In both cases, the workflow is ACTIVE.
It will be good to distinguish between ACTIVE (running) and WAITING.
Therefore, the proposal is to add a new WAITING state (which will behave as active, except for information purposes)

After a brief [discussion](https://lists.apache.org/thread/qs7081x8b45h0fw9o6kstbw41w0vl56z), rather than adding WAITING state, we are adding a new property to Data index graph ql schema which willl give more details about the existing ACTIVE state.
This feedback will be built using existing runtime events.
