[ANNOUNCE] Apache Qpid for Java 6.1.3 released

The Apache Qpid (https://qpid.apache.org) community is pleased to announce
the immediate availability of Apache Qpid for Java 6.1.3.

This release incorporates a number of defect fixes and enhancements in
Qpid Broker for Java and the JMS AMQP 0-x Client.
