Tomcat bug database forbidden?

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /bugs/index.html on this server.

Normal mortals cannot browse the bugs database anymore?

Nope ... and neither can abnormal mortals :-).

Bugzilla was (indirectly) the path by which the Apache web site was hacked,
and it's undergoing a security audit before being re-installed.
