   另外还有个问题，Provider停机时，在等待现有线程（存在耗时任务）处理这个过程中：
   ### 【问题3】由于Provider实例自身是STOPPING的状态，那么耗时任务如果想调用另一个Provider（自身作为Consumer）的接口，无法调用成功，这个问题要怎么处理？
