running lenya from the eclipse debugger

carsten showed me how to run cocoon from the eclipse debugger. it went
beyond what is available at

http://wiki.cocoondev.org/Wiki.jsp?page=DebuggingCocoon

by running jetty directly from eclipse, rather than attaching eclipse to
the cocoon vm.

what we did:

*run the eclipse-project ant task
*go to java perspective
*run->debug..
*create a new configuration:

project: cocoon-2.1
main class: org.mortbay.jetty.Server
Classpath Bootstrap classes: jetty-4.2.9.jar servlet.jar
classpath user classes: all jars in cocoon
program arguments: tools\jetty\conf\main.xml
VM arguments: -Djava.endorsed.dirs=\lib\endorsed -Dwebapp=build\webapp
-Dorg.xml.sax.parser=org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser -Djetty.port=8888

work perfect.

now, to do the same with lenya, we need to:

*figure out how to make eclipse aware of the classpaths
*figure out if any other build preparations need to be adopted

the advantages of doing all this are numerous. one that has nothing to
do with debugging is that it eliminates copying 4000 files around.
