[jira] Created: (TILES-453) Create ServletContext wrapper for
TilesApplicationContext
Create ServletContext wrapper for TilesApplicationContext
---------------------------------------------------------
Key: TILES-453
URL: https://issues.apache.org/struts/browse/TILES-453
Project: Tiles
Issue Type: New Feature
Components: tiles-servlet, tiles-velocity
Affects Versions: 2.2.0
Reporter: Antonio Petrelli
Assignee: Antonio Petrelli
Fix For: 2.2.x
Some libraries, such as Velocity, depend on a servlet environment, and, in particular, to the ServletContext object.
A wrapper, that implements ServletContext interfaces and uses TilesApplicationContext method, should be provided to allow a better integration.

This does not make sense. Probably, the best thing is to let Velocity adapt to Tiles request model, for a better "total" integration with other frameworks.
