[PR] [To rc/2.5.0] Bump Maven release version to 2.5.0 [tsfile]

ColinLeeo opened a new pull request, #1013:

   The `rc/2.5.0` branch currently uses Maven version `2.5.1-SNAPSHOT` after the release plugin prepared the next development iteration. Set the release branch back to `2.5.0` so Maven artifacts use the intended release version.
   
   Update the root project, Java/C++/Python parent references, and Java internal dependencies consistently. This changes only 13 version references across 8 POM files.
   
   Validation:
   
   - All 8 modules passed `mvn -o -B validate -Pwith-java,with-python -DskipTests -Dspotless.skip=true -Dcheckstyle.skip=true -Denforcer.skip=true` (reactor/model validation; formatting and enforcer checks skipped).
   - XML checks confirmed every project, parent and internal dependency version is `2.5.0`, with no remaining `2.5.1-SNAPSHOT` in these POMs.
   - `git diff --check` passed.
