The {{GetSplunk}} Processor has a {{Time Zone}} property that is currently defined with allowable values based on JVM-reported Time Zone Identifiers. This approach leads to differences between builds and differences between installations, since the Java Time Zone data can change with each version.

To preserve compatibility, the allowable values definitions should be replaced with a Validator that checks values at runtime. This maintains compatibility with existing configurations and supports reproducible builds with consistent runtime manifest values.
