GregorSamsa.translate() NullPointerException

I am now trying the commandline. compiling works, but when ruuning the translet
I get :
Translet error(s): null

I am not sure wheter this is related to the NullPointerException.
Please find the file to reprocude it attached.
This is how I invoked it all : 
compiling : (you need additional files for this)
./xsltc.sh compile login
running : (this should work)
./xsltc.sh run login
