[AXIS 2][WSDL]

Hi,
I have put the interface structure and the basic implementation for the
WSDL object model for Axis2.

This is inline with the WSDL Object Model that 
http://wiki.apache.org/ws/FrontPage/Architecture/WSDL
 
talks about.
