[1.x] domainmgr itests in 1.5.1 but not in 1.x
I notice there are some itests, specifically itest/domainmgr, that are
in 1.5.1 and not in 1.x. This seems strange. Is there are good reason
that this is the case?

All the fixes and added tests I committed to the 1.5.1 branch are
now in the 1.x branch as well, and should be up to date there.

There's no good reason. There are a few commits that I did in 1.5.1
and need copying over to 1.x. I'll work on this today.
