one blog to one user only?

Hi,

 

Can one user post to multiple blogs? And can one blog be associated with
multiple users?

Yes, as long as he/she has admin or author rights in those blogs.

Yes. You can invite other Roller users to be admin, authors or limited
bloggers in your blog.
