My suggestion is to remove authorization on the static page elements, and focus only on the REST calls made by the scripts.    The page could interactively prompt for the session cookie before making its first REST call.

Current workaround is to use the direct Flink Web URL instead of navigating through proxy. This JIRA should address the Yarn proxy/secure cookie navigation issue.
