[Bug 117652] Doesn't display correct docx file that contains picture.

I am also able to replicate this bug on a 64-bit Windows machine using the
Writer application of Open Office 3.4.1 (Build 9593, Revision 1372282). 
Steps taken and Observations:

1)Opening both attachments, attachment 76249 (broken layout doc 1) and
attachment 76250 (broken layout doc 2), in Microsoft Word 2010 correctly shows
the images with their proper layout. 

2)Opening the attachments in Writer (both as a Copy and Read Only) resulted in
the duplication of all the images (of varying size) as well as removal of any
picture effects applied on an image. 

This bug is important since being able to open a document that contains images
that are formatted or created using Microsoft Word is required in order to keep
Open Office compatible with Word documents. Customers need to be able to
reliably open and edit Word documents without needing to do any major
reformatting.
