meeting minutes for today's online meeting

hi, guys,
we just finished our online meeting.
In this meeting, we welcome our new committer -lilei,
and reviewed his article for wechat PR.
then we discuss the task for next month.

Here is the todo:
0. @jerry  finish the pod report and ask for review
1. @lilei,  draft one article to new developer about how to study and use
brpc
2. @gaidong, help lilei to get his apache account
3. @jiashun @helei  make the 1.0 build and check license issues.
