How to upgrade APR

Dear all ,

 

Does anybody have any idea how to upgrade APR ?

 

I am getting the following errors in my apache log which I want to fix
it.

 

[Tue Jun 24 08:59:34 2008] [error] [client 172.16.66.19] Provider
encountered an error while streaming a REPORT response.  [500, #0]

[Tue Jun 24 08:59:34 2008] [error] [client 172.16.66.19] A failure
occurred while driving the update report editor  [500, #190004]
