1) adding "SCREEN_SHARING" to the list of "Hidden room elements" should disable both screen sharing and recording

2) disallow recording should leave screen-sharing available

 There was a old documentation, is attached.

 

if in the room recording is disallowed also screen sharing is not available.

I also can’t understand why this is related.

My colleague just tested this again some minutes ago.

 

We want allow screen sharing, but disallow recording.
