   ### What happened
   
   We have `cicd_pipeline_relationships` in our domain layer, but we don't need it.
   @warren830 created this table in September cause he thought we have this relationship inside tables for jenkins builds, so we can also keep this relationship in domain layer. And this relationship is only valid for jenkins, so we don't need to have this relationship in cicd_pipelines. 
   
   ### What do you expect to happen
   
   We can delete this table from domain layer
