[OT] Running StrutsTestCase from Ant?
I ahve been searching, but can't find an answer to my issue:
I have an ant script that builds 1 common.jar, 1 myEjbs.jar, app.war and packages all this up in app.ear and copies this to my server deploy directory.
I have been looking at the Mock tests, and can't figure out how to run the tests from ant. All I get are nullPointerExceptions.
So, What is the trick to running this, and/or Cactus versions from ant?

You can try using JMeter at
http://jakarta.apache.org/jmeter
and using the ant plug in for testing.
http://www.programmerplanet.org/ant-jmeter/
We use it for nightly functional testing against the nightly builds.
It works great.

Have a look at build-tests.xml from the struts dist. It uses the Ant
Junit optional task to fire off both the cactus-based and
non-cactus-based struts framework tests. This might give you some
ideas. Also look at the Ant docs for how to make sure that classes from
junit.jar get loaded correctly in your environment.

Maybe:

<html:link forward="<%= forwardName %>" ...>
</html:link>

Ineed to define an <html:link> using the forward attribute to define the
value of the rendered href, but the name of the forward is a request
parameter (the schema is: passing a page the path to which return
control...)
Any ideas ??
Thanks a lot

I'd want to define an <html:link> using the forward attribute to define
the value of the rendered href, but the name of the forward is a request
parameter (the schema is: passing a page the path to which return
control...)
Any ideas ??
Thanks a lot
