Fixed (?) another failing tests in Travis

We have just merged a fix that should improve the stability of the last (?)
tests that started to fail almost all the time on Travis. That was
connected with - apparently - smaller resources we started to have for
those Travis workers. What worked was decreasing the parallelism of Local
Executor for tests.

I hope (again) that we will have some stability finally.
