Compile Cocoon2

Hello,

I am trying to compile cocoon2 on Win98 with JDK1.3.
I set the environmentvariable JAVA_HOME
and type:
.\build.bat -Dinclude.webapp.libs=yes webapp

I get the error: "Exception in thread "main"
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:"
That's all

Can everybody help me?
