[jira] [Resolved] (INFRA-11362) Cannot access svn.apache.org - Connection refused.

Chris Lambertus resolved INFRA-11362.
-------------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed
      Assignee: Chris Lambertus

I have unbanned 116.231.217.236. There are several other bans currently in place for other parts of that /16 (Chinanet Shanghai) for egregious abuse of our services. I see that your ban was in fact due to a string of failed password attempts, though, so I will give you the benefit of the doubt this time. Please be cautious in the future.
