> The only artifact that currently bundles extra dependencies is {{statefun-flink-distribution}}. It should explicitly contain a NOTICE file under the {{META-INF}} folder.
> All other Maven artifacts, as far as I can tell, do not bundle extra dependencies, therefore the NOTICE pulled in by the Apache Parent POM is sufficient.
