[jira] [Updated] (INFRA-7981) Create an "issues" mailing list for Apache Optiq project

Jake Farrell updated INFRA-7981:
--------------------------------

Status: Waiting for user (was: Waiting for Infra)

Mailing list requests for incubator projects can be done at [1], i've requested the following list for you using the convention in place for all other mailing lists. once it is created then we can switch the jira notification scheme over to use this new list

issues@optiq.incubator.apache.org

> Create an "issues" mailing list for Apache Optiq project
> --------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: INFRA-7981
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-7981
> Project: Infrastructure
> Issue Type: Task
> Reporter: Julian Hyde
>
> Since many threads on Optiq developer list are from JIRA update and git commit logs, it is easy to lose track of other important mails.
> We need a separate mailing list (say "optiq-issues@incubator.apache.org") for notification from Optiq JIRA and Git repository commits.
> When JIRA cases are logged, the notification should go to the optiq-dev list, as at present.
> (This request is essentially the same as INFRA-7742.)
