In CouchDB 2.0 the API

/_restart

doesn't work anymore. It returns:

{"error":"not_found","reason":"Database does not exist."}

The API is documented for CouchDB 2, if it's not supported anymore it should be removed from the documentation, if it's supported instead there is a bug to be fixed.
